Shipping policy

At Cocopup Shop, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below you’ll find our shipping options, costs, and important information regarding delivery times and conditions.

United Kingdom

  • Standard Delivery (2–4 working days): £3.95 — Free when you spend over £40

  • Tracked Express (24–48 hours): £5.95 — Orders must be placed by 13:00 GMT (Monday–Friday, excluding Bank Holidays).

Orders placed with Standard Delivery are dispatched within 1–3 working days. Please note that during peak seasons or busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer. Delivery time frames begin from the day your order is shipped.

Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, and collections by Royal Mail also take place only on these days. Therefore, any Express Delivery orders placed after 13:00 GMT on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

Europe

  • Tracked Delivery (4–7 working days): €5.95 — Free when you spend over €50

United States

  • Tracked Delivery (4–8 working days): $40.00 USD
    Fully landed cost — all tariffs and import duties included.

Canada

  • Tracked Delivery (4–8 working days): $12.00 CAD — Free when you spend over $100 CAD

Australia

  • Tracked Delivery (4–7 working days): $8.00 AUD — Free when you spend over $100 AUD

Rest of the World

  • International Delivery (5–15 working days): £6.95

Please note: Orders shipped outside the UK (including Europe and Rest of World) may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by your local authorities. These charges are not included in the total cost at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient.
